Protein Pancakes

1.  1/4 c egg whites (I bought a carton of natural egg whites)
2.  1/2 mashed banana
3.  1/4 c Quaker Oats
4.  a little cinnamon (I added a little more than a little...LOVE cinnamon :))
5.  Spoonful of Low Fat Cottage Cheese (1st time trying this)
6.  1 scoop protein powder
7.  some berries

8.  Honey

Mix the first seven ingredients together.  Pour into a LARGE fry pan (used a smaller one and the middle didn't get done...oops!)  Flip and cook until both sides are done (and hopefully the middle :) )  Flip onto a plate, pour some honey on it and enjoy!  Yum!!
