Protein Bars

1. 1 c sliced almonds
2. 1 c dried apples, diced
3. 1 c Quaker Oats
4. 1 c natural peanut butter (I used Smuckers)
5. 1 c honey
6. 3 scoops of protein powder

7. cinnamon

Combine the first 6 ingredients until thoroughly coated.  Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and smooth flat.  Sprinkle cinnamon on top.  Chill for 45 minutes.  You can go for a walk or do a workout while you wait making this snack even healthier :)  Cut into rectangles and wrap in aluminum foil for to-go and save the last one to enjoy now.  Yum!!
